Interview Your Interviewer

Come with questions
Most people are so desperate to get a pay check they don't stop to think about the kind of company they want to work for. Before your interview take a moment to make a list of things you expect from the company that hires you. Ask yourself what this potential employer has to offer you besides just a pay check.  Research employee satisfaction ratings, if possible, and health/retirement/employee morale benefits the potential employer has to offer. Formulate a list of questions based on what you didn't find answers to during your research. Bring your list of questions to your interview. If your interviewer does not offer you the opportunity to ask questions request the opportunity before the interview is over..... This is your only chance to interview your potential employer to be sure you can be happy in the position you choose to accept!
